Project Background
An SME had developed a range of products targeted at the growing market for food supplements, and required support to determine their growth strategy.
Burgundy Gold facilitated the strategy development process, which particularly identified the need for an injection of external funding, in order to take full value from the innovation.
An appropraite business plan was then created that targeted the new strategy in the best way to attract early stage investment. The business is currently in the process of raising the funds from a combination of business angel and venture capital sources
