An excellent University with experienced technology transfer staff, were looking for help in determining the right PCT strategy for a granted patent and to provide business development resource to progress licence discussion with key partners.
The Burgundy Gold team researched the market opportunity and proposed a strategy that would involve minimal on-going expenditure on the patent but still provide leverage in future license discussions. The potential partners were met and commercial discussions taken forward.
